I’m Heather Beller, a therapist skilled at holding space for where you are and helping you create movement towards your goals for the future.

Services

I specialize in collaborating with individuals to address challenges related to stress, anxiety, and trauma. I work well with folks seeking support in processing traumatic events, as well as complex trauma that occurs within the context of relationships/family systems.

I am also skilled at working with people who fulfill helping and caring roles. I am interested in unpacking the many mythologies and stories we are told and have internalized about enacting these roles, and the effect of these narratives on our work, relationships, and sense of self.
