Welcome! I’m Heather Beller. I work with adult women who are deep thinkers, helpers, and overachievers, guiding them through EMDR, IFS, and somatic therapy so they can feel safer, calmer, and more trusting of themselves.
Who I Work With
I help adult women struggling with trauma, anxiety, overthinking, and shame who feel stuck despite years of insight, therapy, or personal growth work. They are thoughtful, capable, and deeply, often painfully, self-aware, yet still experience chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, or difficulty feeling settled in their lives and relationships.
I also love working with other helpers and healers — including therapists, nurses, teachers, and first responders — using EMDR therapy, IFS therapy, and somatic approaches to address burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma.

How I Help
